. I am facing this terrible dilemma. Called Commodore's hotline for the A500 offer and explained my purchasing the computer on 10/11 and then joining the recognized Amiga users group Tuesday, 10/13 (called CBM last Thursday). Received the coupon Monday 10/19. . Now I have two conflicting tales. Two dealers in the OKC area will not redeem the coupon, since I did not purchase the computer from them. . The store I bought the A500 from _and_ a mail order business from which I have had excellent service both say there is no reason that I should NOT to be able to redeem them from the place I purchased the Amiga. . I tend to rely on the latter story, even though it means having to wait for the order to go through to Commodore. . Need this software badly, and you know how little we teachers are paid…. . . If you have more information, I would appreciate it. Thank you in advance. .
