I have an A3000 & WB 2.1. I have an old Quantum 105S SCSI drive that does not work at boot time. If I leave the machine on until the drive warms up it works fine. Is there anyway to increase the power-up boot delay so that the 105s has the time to get its act together?

Jay, Check here in the libs for SCRAMMER and/or SCSI_Prefs. Both let you play around with the HD boot-up delays on the A3000 plus some other interesting system parameters. I prefer SCRAMMER, just be sure to read the Docs carefully before changing any parameters that you are unfamiliar with!! Careless changing of some parameters can render your A3000 UNBootable!!! Let me know if you can't locate these files and I will send them to you. Tony

I've got an AmiNet CD, I'll have a look on that. Thanks for the info on SCRAMMER.
