Doing an AllocMem() with an impossibly large value causes a memory cleanup,
including the flushing of libraries and fonts with open counts of zero.
Note that some programs such as PrAge have bugs that cause libraries to be
opened once and closed twice, leading to bugs when the flush occurs.
