I am looking for a source of screen representations of fonts from the Adobe
type library that I can use in desktop publishing applications on my Amiga
computer using Professional Page software. Anyone know where I might find
these? Is there any way to convert Postscript screen fonts from Macintosh
or IBM format for use on Amiga that anyone knows about?
There is a public domain program that converts Mac fonts to Amiga format.
The Adobe forum here on Compuserve is full of screen-rep fonts, but it
would cost quite a bit to download them all. Adobe sells disks of them for
about $150, cheaper than it would be to download… But why do you need
more screen-rep fonts than those provided on the Pro Page disk? They
provide fonts for all 35 standard PostScript fonts.
