Rick,
I must apologize to you for the faulty information. I have been out
of town on business this week and I was not aware that the merge
had failed until this morning. At the moment I do not know why the
failure occurred or if I will have to re-upload the new files
before making them publicly available.
Again, I am VERY sorry about this and I hope to have the problem
resolved soon.
