I recently received a copy of Aegis's Draw2000M which supposedly will access
the math chip I have such a chip mounted in the multifunction module of my
MicroBotics StarBoard. Does anyone know if this program can use the chip at
this address, It doesn't load now, and crashes the system every time. I would
appreciate any advice I can get from those more technically knowledgeable types
out there.
Thanks Peter
Peter,
Since you say the program "crashes" on you, it looks like Draw 2000 is
designed to use the 68881 as a COPROCESSOR (like the CSA or Ronin boards do)
rather than as a DEVICE (like the Microbotics or CMI products use).
If you were to load the program into an Amiga with NO 68881 installed it
would crash too.
