#CBM's presence here

Ariel, I seem to be the second person people are getting angry at. Sometimes
they're right, but when I read snide comments about me in messages to other
people I don't especially appreciate the sentiment involved. Its too bad that
some of the people (and no, I'm not considering someone just because they
disagree with me) here are especially rude (and crude).

Ron,
If you would try reading the messages, and having read them, try to remember
what they stated (as fact, not as opinion), you would get a lot less people
angry. If there are facts that you think are not facts, it is a fairly simple
matter to put it all straight; to prove or disprove the statements. If there
are things you don't understand, ask for more information. This constant denial
of factual information is going to do nothing to prevent people from getting
upset with you.

Take it easy Ron. I didn't leave the msg to someone else for the purpose
of making you angry. It just happened that way.
1st, I'm a proud owner of a 2090. I think it's the best around. Same way
you feel about the C-LTD controller that you own.
2nd, You've been cutting the 2090 to ribbons lately with quite a few
untrue statements, and have not listened when others told you that you were
wrong.
3rd, You obviously don't know a great deal about SCSI/ST-506, but have
been making statements (as thou you where a expert in the field) that could
very much alter the choice of others on this forum. In fact, some of the
statements you made had me rolling on the floor. Yes, it was obvious they were
"off the wall". BTW I'm no expert ether so I try to stay out of those
conversations. (Hint)
4th, I read the bad info you gave someone about the accelerator board. I
just thought, "Oh boy", but later in the day it just started bugging me. When I
called in the next time, (of course your msg was not around) I jumped on a
response to it. Sorry.
BTW You can't compare yourself to Ben ether. Although Ben too, gets out of hand
at times. He comes prepared. Armed with correct info. You may see someone argue
with his opinions but seldom his facts.
Hopefully not enemies,
Dale
PS I may sound crude, but that's my way. Can't help it.
