Steve,
I know your experience. In many ways I've found J&R to be the
terrorists of the computer world. The salesmen are both pushy and sarcastic and
have absolutely no qualms about selling naive customers things they don't need
at all. They lost matronage many months ago when I saw one salesman try to
convince a buyer that PrintShop WOULDN'T WORK without the supporting Art Disks.
