Don't know how to access CIS's address book via Whap!. Have you considered using WHAP!'S address book instead? Adding an entry is as easy as clicking on a gadget, and selecting the addressee is as simple as scrolling a requester and clicking again. Can't beat it! Rick

Richard, Well, the problem with WHAP!'s address book is that it mandates a template with only 11 characters for the UserID, and I want to send Mail to someone on InterNet. The InterNet address is significantly longer than 11 characters. If WHAP! wouldn't demand that I enter a UserID after composing the message, I could just enter the name as it appears in the CompuServe address book, and CompuServe would look up the full address, as I have it saved. But WHAP! does insist on my entering a UserID, and of course it doesn't get accepted my CompuServe. Oh well, guess I'll just use another term. prog. for these message sends, but I wish I could use WHAP!. I've become addicted! Andrew

Ah, I see why you're having problems, then! Sorry the suggestion was of no use to you. Rick
