Does anybody know anything about this card's performance compared to the PAR ? Has DPS made any official announcement on a SCSI PAR for 2nd or 3rd quarter this year?

I think you are comparing something you can not compare. Miro DC1 is for amateurs. I would not call PAR for amateurs anymore.
