Has anyone had any experience using Digiview Gold with a Sunrize color splitter
to digitize frames from a VCR? I plan to use a high quality VCR in the freeze
frame mode. Thanks!

I have DigiView 3 (A1000) and digitize regularly from a VCR (2 – Beta 1 –
VHS). I just orded the color splitter. when I go from the line out I usally
find jitter and a heringbone problem. It seems that what is a good freeze
frame on a monitor is not so to a digitizer. My best results have come from
pointing my B/W camera at the screen and using the old color wheel, but bad at
all and allows for some minor changes. The best freeze frames are made with a
VCR with a digitl freeze. I was told that the splitter will remove the
heringbone problem. reply so that I can update this as soon as I get it.
