I'm shopping around for a genlock device and have been pointed in the direction
of the Scanlock product from Vidtech. Has anyone had any experience with this
product?
I believe there is a person here by the name of Hilary Symanowski that bought
one of those Scanlock Genlocks for commercial work…and wasn't too satisfied
with it. Perhaps someone else here can elaborate on that..

Compare it to the Neriki Image Master ~$1000, which is roughly the same
price. Check out issue 1.5 of AmigoTimes for a comaprison of some genlocks.
Neither the ScanLock or the Omni-Gen (the best IMHO) is mentioned, though.
