Sep 12 Order was entered in NewTek computer
Sep 18 Invoice (receipt) was issued (it says "Shipped via: AIR MAIL")
Sep 21 Invoice was mailed
Sep 27 Invoice was received by me
Oct 25 No program has yet been received
What I want to know is when did you send the package? Did you send the
package? How fast do Air Mail planes fly between Topeka and Toronto? Is
this speedy shipping really worth $9? Where's my program? HELP.
