Bryt, It's my understanding that there are memory cards (with the LIM EMS 4.0 standard) that will allow you to also have expanded (but not extended) memory. I suppose you would want to shop for one that can split its memory between the 128K needed to fill out your memory to the full conventional 640K and expanded memory that would be banked in to some address range. Extended memory is for 286 and 386 Intel machines because those chips are capable of reaching addresses above 1 Meg when set to the appropriate mode. Of course you could get a separate multifunction card that is limited to conventional memory (excess memory above 128K is simply not accessable) such as the AST SixPakPlus. There are others, of course. Additionally, there are memory cards that give only expanded memory. The SixPakPlus also gives you a clock, a parallel port, a serial port, and 2 empty sockets for an optional game port. I bought one from Bulldog which I picked out from ads in PC Magazine and Computer Shopper. If you GO DA, you can reach Dalco Electronics which can sell you a Boca Ram card for XT expanded memory. You may wish to shop the other places for the best price such as Swan or Alex Electronics or First Source. Last week Dalco quoted me $1.25 apiece for 256K DRAMS (Some of the boards are sold with 0K.). Consider carefully what cards you want since you only have 4 slots (The bridgeboard takes one of those!) with only 3 to fill.
