One of you sysops sent me a private message which I don't seem to be able to recover so please excuse me for not mentioning your name. Please take down the game of roulette that I uploaded. I will upload a version tonightght that does not require a keystroke. That would be a terrible bug to leave in the game. Thanks for your info, but why then does the keystroke work on my system? Thanks again.

The reason it might work on your system and not on others is that not all Amiga keyboards are the same. A1000 keyboards had different timing from A500 and A2000 keyboards, which are different from A3000 keyboards. And certain A2000 keyboards (mine included) are somewhat unforgiving. (There was a time when I wouldn't buy games from several companies, because they always would have keyboard problems… Fortunately, most companies and their software is now aware of the keyboard timing stuff…) (Or are using the OS for accessing the keyboard, which is a far better solution than going to the hardware…) –>Steve Bennett

Well thanks for alerting me to this problem. It's just as well as I discovered a bug in the program code as well as a terrible grammatical error in that very opening paragraph. I did not want to use the keyboard at all in the game, but making that requester was absolutely the last thing I did and I got lazy. Thanks again. Lee
