In HG3 DRAW, using either the Bitmap Icon or Color Icon-Bitmap Fill, the "GET BITMAP (E:\hg3\data is my default)0 list three files: Floor.pcc,logobkg.pcx and rocktop.pcc – all with "Other" listed to the right as Directory. How can I save a file PCC or PCX to t If I save in the data directory, the file is saved as CH#, If I save under Symbol, it is a SY#. I cannot change the ABC in the Logobkg.PCX bitmap to my choice of letters. I cannot break a pie chart down into individual pie segments to be bitfilled following your 18-9 directions to save as a symbol and ungroup. The entire pie stays in one piece, one color, and one bitfill. There is 1 Reply. Read action !

Hi Alan, To export as a PCX, follow the steps on pg. 27-11 of the HG3 manual. You can not change the letters in a PCX or PCC file (only the colors). The step between saving the chart as a symbol, and ungrouping it is that you must GET the symbol first -then ungroup it, select a slice, click on the color icon, and set the fill to bitmap.
