#Fli>Video – How?

Thank you for your suggestions. Now how do I go about finding a service
bureau in NYC? and BTW, I think you're right. That's the way to go with
this first project before I spend lots of $$. Say, are you the author of
"Using Animotor" or the editor or something?

I plead the 5th <grin>.
If you can borrow a copy of Using Animator, the last chapter and one of the
appendices will give you alot more detail. Also, 'Presenting With
Autodesk', from New Riders reportedly has some good info on this, but I
don't have any opinion as to the book since I haven't read it (unlike alot
of magazine reviewers I occasionaly come across <grin>.).
You can look in the yellow pages under Video Production Services and start
calling. Remember to tell them that you have a DOS based system. You can
take your fli along with aaplay to their studio (as long as they have a VGA
monitor) and show them what you're talking about. It's best to play your
fli's from a ram disk, BTW.
Also, I am sure that there are members of this forum who will do it for
you, but you won't learn as much that way…
