OK… try this… add EXCLUDE=D000-DFFF on your QEMM line. If that doesn't
solve it, then change the QEMM line to DEVICE=C:\QEMM\QEMM386.SYS ON and take
a trip to Quarterdeck's forum here on CI$ for some expert advice (GO PCVENB,
SECT 1). Keep us advised…
