#Diga!

I've noticed a lot of talk here on the Forum about "Diga!" and it's
host of problems. I have recently purchased the product and I am a bit
dissapointed with it. I do think though that an upgraded of debugged program
with (very important, so listen!) a COMPLETE AND ACCURATE SET OF DOCUMENTATION!
This seems te be the sorest point among users.
I'm sure you are sick to death of hearing this but it is a big problem
that needs to be FIXED. I've also heard a lot of questions about when the
updatewill be but I want to know what is the update policy? Will I be able to
send in my disk and get a new one without charge. I believe this is the only
fair way to do it.
But on the brighter side, Diga! seems to be a fine product and when I'm
not visiting the Guru I enjoy its features. I look forward to the REAL THING
being released soon.

The upgrade will be a "send in your disk" type upgrade. Even though we did add
features, we also did fix bugs and therefore it's an upgrade. I agree that the
documentation should be revised to reflect the product that actually shipped.
Finally we have in-house control of typesetting and are able to create the
manuals quickly (so they are more accurate). Let me know what you (meaning
everyone) thinks of the VideoTitler manual. Thanks.
