I am trying to check for existance of a table. Neither tables created with
PDox 3.5 for DOS or the Engine return positive. I get a 1 returned in
Exist%. Any ideas? It is probobly something I am over looking.
I declare in the Global module as follows: Declare Function PXTblExist Lib
"pxengwin.dll" (ByVal TblName$, Exist%) As Integer
I then call with:
PXResult = PXTblExist("D:\WINDOWS\VB\TESTMENU", E%)
I have replaced E% with Exist% with no change. PXResult is always 0, as it
should be. Other functions work OK…Create, WinInit.
I am runnning Qemm 5.12, Smartdrv, Ramdrive, Norton Desktop (happens w/
ProgMan only, too), NEC MGE running DGIS. 2
