Robin,
Does the printer manual mention in the switch settings about any particular
compatibility mode for graphics? You might double check the switch
settings and their explanations just to make certain.
Perhaps someone else who has an LC10 printer will be able to give some
pointers. (Since I don't have acces to one, I can only try to help with
general things to check.)
