It would be a violation of your developer's contract with Commodore if you sold those Kickstart 2.0 ROMS and tower board to someone other than an authorized Amiga developer. (My opinions do not reflect the opinions of SPC or its employees.) – via Whap!

While it is quite clear that any machine bought under the developer program may not be sold to the public, I'm not sure that applies to the ROM. I certainly don't recall any such disclaimer with the ROM order form. It leads me to wonder what if you put the developer ROM into a commercally bought CPU, does that make the whole CPU unsalable? Since the Enhancer kit is available now, the issue is moot. -Greg

I guess you're right about that. Now that the ROMS are available to the general public, who cares if the ROMS were bought at a developer's discount? They're still ROMs. Darin (My opinions do not reflect the opinions of SPC or its employees.) – via Whap!
