I think I need some help from Autodesk. At the end of november I received my
card to upgrade from 3DS3.0 to 3DS4.0. Since last august that I heard about
that upgrade. I contact my educationnal reseller here in Montreal and ask her
for the upgrade. It seems that they could not keep educationnal upgrade in
stock and that they are delivered directly from Sausalito.
I made the check and send my 3DS3.0's diskette No2 to the reseller. I put my
animation work in standby for the Xmas time. I phone her this afternoon and
they don't know if the shipment is made yet. Is there any problem ? Is it a
normal delay for Autodesk ?
