Hi, can anyone direct me to a good home/small business accounting program?
I'd need to know which Library it's in and its exact name, as I'm still
running the old version of Whap!

There used to be a program such as you want in Library 13, but I was not
able to locate the one I have in mind just now – and I have not seen it
for a while. It was updated regularly for quite a while, and was written
by a man who was using it to run a small business of his own – home
remodelling, as best I can recall. I know that it handled accounts
payable, accounts receivable, and some others. However, I was not able to
come up with the name of the program when I tried just now. It could have
been purged for lack of downloads, or it could be that I simply did not
hit on the right keyword to bring it up. I cannot think of another to
suggest. If nothing else turns up, some of us might be able to locate
this one somewhere and upload it for you, but let's see what turns up
first.

Are you thinking of Clerk? Its on a Scope disk. Mind you, I have no idea if
it has been updated recently, but it does work OK.

Pete, I do believe that is the one I wanted to find. I found it here on
CIS and put it on a SCOPE disk – through several updates. It looked
pretty good to me. But I did not find it here when I looked a few days
ago.

BTW, we are now up to SCOPE disk #234, and I know you are a long, long way
behind that.
