Big Flics!

Yes video post or render from scratch 3DSR2, is quite happy with big flics.
It might be an idea to revise those file specs. The limit is nothing to do
with the file it is just AniPro. Maybe you can look at the reason for this
limit in the incremental upgrade you mentioned, it does seem to be a bit
arbitrary and unnecessary.
On this project I just noticed a couple of things in 3DSR2 that may be
worth mentioning. Firstly I have a long animation of a single object down a
heavily edited spiral path. I have used smooth and follow then asked the
object to repeat. When the repeat happens the "banking" is lost. Second I
made (for other purposes) a .VUE file from this, after making some clones
(.copy01 etc) in the .VUE file the clones are all called the same – there
is nothing to distinguish them from the original?
The reason I made the .VUE file is that I wanted hard copy of the keyframe
info (I think others have wishlisted this) but there is nothing in the file
to mark out keyframes. (I would have used grep to get the bits I want to
see)
btw, did I mention in my Wishlist the "rising back camera" business,
very useful for anyone working with architects. They do hate keystoning of
their designs. (Intergraph has it if you want to see it implemented)
