I need to know if there is any software available to use as a slide sorter for making a presentation with a collection of flic files. To all, I need some help with Animator Pro and I hope one of you can help me.

Do you know about the BROWSE function? It shows you a screenfull of reduced images of the first frame in all the FLCs in a directory. Chuck Jameson Silver Tongue Software

To create presentations with FLIC files, you could try Santa Fe Media Manager, I think they appear in the Multimedia forums, oR 213 392 8441. However, I suspect that integrating FLIC files will be a standard in multimedia presentations under Windows. I have packed my copy of the Graphic Impact manual, but I would be shocked to discover that Autodesk's own presentation graphics package couldn't create presentations with flic files. Perhaps one of Autodesk's people could tell you that… Ali

I suppose it might depend on how complex you want the presentation to be. Using the AAWIN player file from, I think Lib9 of this forum, you could put together presentations under Windows. The Windows Player program will play .FLIs from MMExplorer, and .FLCs from AAPro and 3DStudio. This player utility will allow you synchronize sounds as the animatioons play through script files. I hope this helps, Bob P. – Product Support/Autodesk
