You don't have very long to wait. As long as the catalogs come off the
press next Friday, they'll go out first class on Monday the 19th. The docs
are now scheduled to go on-press on the 19th, and they'll come back by
November 2nd. Ship date is now somewhere between 11/2-11/5.
