The new books are great, as always ! However, when I tried to install the
diskette for the R4 supplement it unzipped all my archived files and filled up
my 3ds4 directory with hundreds of files-. That'l teach me not to keep
archived files there.

Now THAT is something I had not forseen. I'm really sorry about that.
Previously I had unzipped the files by name – I must make sure that I always do
that.
Serves me right (although its kind of a bummer for you) because I did a
'vanilla` installation of 3D Studio to check my install disk and it worked just
find.
Fine I mean.
I should have tried it on my own installation and I would have had EXACTLY the
same problem.
