Lemmings demo

Help!!!
I'm trying to run the Lemmings Christmas demo (lemxms.lzh) and
can't get it to work. I've gotten all the files on to disk just as the
file abstract says to do, but I don't know the actual command to start the
demo. I've tried quite a few ways but none have worked! Have any of you
tried it?
BobK.
Bob,
With the actual Lemmings game, you have to boot from the Lemmings disk in
order to run the program. I just dug out my copy from last Christmas,
though, and was able to make it run by:
CD DF0:LEMMDEMO
ASSIGN LIBS: DF0:LIBS
DEMO
Reboot after the demo, or else be sure to assign your libs: back to your
regular libs: directory. I tried just adding a path to the df0:libs, and
didn't get it going.
I think all it needs from that demo libs: directory is the
explode.library, so you might prefer putting that library into your
regular libs: directory if you have plenty of disk space.
Bob, would you please give us your full name in the forum? It is one of
the rules of the forum (and almost all other forums on CIS) that we use
full names. Go to the Forum! prompt, type OPT, and select name. Then
type in both your first and your last names. THanks.

Betty,
I followed your instructions for the Lemmings demo and still keep
getting amessage that says "I need explode.library V4+". Do you have any
suggestions?

Bob,
Look in the libs: directory on your Lemmings demo disk. If there is an
explode.library there, that is the one the program wants. You can copy
that to your regular libs: directory and the program can find it there. I
was getting that same message until I assigned my libs: to the libs: on
the demo disk. After I made that assign, the program loaded and ran.
Other than this, I wouldn't know, because this did work for me.
