Is there any reference for the current set of AREXX commands? In
particular, I need to know the AREXX commands relating to region selection.
In the manual, I found oval, rectangle, and entire, but what about the
other possiblities, especially AND/OR/Complement with previous?

The ARexx commands are either detailed in the manual, or towards the end
of the addendum; note that the recent releases of the addendum have both
table of contents and index portions – make sure you use these valuable
assets in your search.
If you do NOT find something you need, please call tech support and make
the point that you need "X" feature. Some ARexx features are not yet
implemented in v9, and likely will never get into v9 because they've
already been put into v10 – unless you ask specifically that we do them
now. It's not that we're keeping anything specific for v10, but we are
spending the vast majority of our development time on v10, rather than
v9.
v10 is a whole new ball game. :^)
