Yes it is very possible. You tell VFW Screen capture how large a window to
capture, how many frames per second, and whether you want to capture audio with
it. Then you just start demonstrating as normal and the screen capture icon
disappears. When your done you hit escape and you have a nicely compressed AVI
file. It automatically sequence numbers the AVI files and then you can build a
little application with whatever tool to hotkey to the video sequence you want
to play. After using it for a while you will probably find yourself capturing
audio separately and dubbing it in with the VFW video editor. It works quite
well.
