Another new products came out this week!
Personal TBC III and RC-2000 external remote control from DIGITAL
PROCESSING SYSTEMS.
The compagny says they are shipping since last monday but they also claim
they have up to 1200 units in back ordered so do not complain if you
haven't received yours!
2 major improvements in version 3: Much better FREEZE and STROBE effect
(great when use with Video Toaster's Chroma Effects).
The RC-2000 external remote control is a small external box that connects
to up to 8 DPS TBCs and 1 DPS V-Scope and allows FULL control over all the
features of these boards. Good for phasing jobs!
We tried the units with our instore Video Toaster Setup and it did work as
expected from a DPS product… very well! The new FREEZE is very stable
and the strobe effect with strobe rate control is really nice! Being able
to control the TBC without leaving the Video Toaster makes the job munch
more easy.
We are very satisfied with the product… we recommend it!
Price is the same for the Personal TBC III as it was with Personal TBC
II.
The External Remote control is an option (~$350 cdn) not included in the
price of the TBC.
