#Initial Warning

I have been notified that you have refused to accept my authorized return
package from the postal service, sent to your P.O. box, and I have yet to
recieve a credit for the flawed software you provided to me. This has now
gone into the 3rd week, and I do not have any sense of humor left with your
outfit….by the manner in which you have handled this situation, I can
understand why Oxxi is NOT a preffered Amiga supplier. I had better
recieve some form of communication from you within 5 working days, or I
WILL refer to an attorney for collection prceding against your company.
Not very cordially, John L. Little
Dear Mr. Little,
I have been informed that you had a problem with the Post Office. We
never "refused" to accept your package. As far as we can tell, your
package has been lost by the Post Office. We are attempting to rectify the
situation and JoAnn has told me she offered to replace the product with a
SBase4 Personal.
You seem to be very upset about something and you do not seem to
communicate what it is you are trying to say. Specifically, what is it
that we have done improperly? I also wonder what you mean `preferred Amiga
Supplier', please specify what you mean.
Also, do you consider this a form of communication?

Mellow out, John. You send something via US mail and are excited after
only 3 weeks? What does Oxxi sell that is so expensive that it is worth
dragging in lawyers?
I have…..just figured that since they would not cooperate with me, when I
WAS willing to work out the problems easily that they would wish to handle
it nicely….instead the hot shots at Oxxi decided it is better to lecture
the customer….bottom line…I learned my lesson on Amiga software by
mail….can't trust it (but I have been able to order IBM software for over
10 years, and mainframe software for 15 years without any trouble…It's
only 90.00 bucks, what the heck….they can throw themselves a great
California party on me :>
I hope it all gets worked out. I dont think the problem is _Amiga_
software by mail, it would be the particular vendor you are working with.
I have rarely ordered anything by mail. I need instant gratification.
Believe me it won't be much of a California party on $90.00!
