I keep looking out for the PgaeStream 2.21 upgrade for U.K. users. Did I
miss It or will it arrive very soon ?
Will there be a patch for 2.2 to 2.21 or will the patch only work with
2.2HL.

The UK patch has to wait until the boss returns from vacation. It'll be a
couple of weeks.
The patch will run only from 2.2HL to 2.21 so upgrade to HL first. If you
don't want to download two patches, just order an upgrade disk from sales
to skip the hassle.
There's a minimal disk and shipping fee for an upgrade disk.
