I have been using Animator Pro for a month or so with no problem. Then I turned to another project and hadn't used the program in about a month. Today when I typed in "ani" at the DOS prompt I got this message: Abnormal program termination: Device not available. CS:EIP = 000Ch:00061586h I was disturbed. The only thing I did to my machine in that month was add a second internal hard drive. So, I backed up the files I had created, deleted everything in the \ani directory and its subdirectories, deleted the temp directory, and reinstalled the entire program. No luck. I get the same message. Any ideas what's going on here?

Jim, Try to exclude some memory for animator. Rick

Can you give me a hint on how to do this? I have 386Max as my memory manager…I assume it can be done through this program. And come to think of it, 386Max was installed after I originally installed Animator…might that be part of the problem?
