Does anyone now off the existence of 3DS files of modern furniture,
like the Barcelona chair from Mies Van de Rohe, Marcel Breuer famous
chair, Le Corbusiers chairs, etc… . Does a CD-ROM exist with mainly
modern furniture, or can anyone else help me to get some of those ???
I'd be interesed in the same group of furniture meshes if they exist.
On the contract interiors side I just came across Steelcase's library
of furniture. I've converted them all into .dxf files and it looks
to be a total of 1600 different pieces of furniture. Do you know of
other furniture manufacturers that have 3d files of their product
line? There has to be an architect or two out there with the scoop
on free furniture files.
Viewpoint Datalabs has some furniture collections with a few Corbusier,
Spoleto, and Mies Van De Rohe stuff. It's called the Mordern Furniture
collection.
