Hi!
I'm brand-new to this forum, so I hope I'm not asking something that
gets asked a million times, but what exactly is a .flc file, and how
do I view it? I pulled one off of another forum, and haven't seen
any programs that can view flc files. I do own ANIMATOR, but haven't
had much time to play with it yet. Can I do it with ANIMATOR, or do
I need another program?

A .flc file is the high-resolution (or resolution-independant) version of the
.fli file that Animator creates/plays. The .flc was developed for Animator Pro,
and is also used by 3D Studio. There are at least two players in the libraries
here that will play .flc flics. Go into any one of the libraries and type BRO
ALL KEY:PLAYER. The first one that comes to mind right now is PLAY80.ZIP.

. *.fli file is a low resolution ie. 320×200 animation format files.
. *.flc file is a resolution independent format which supports up to 4,000
frames.
The Animator can play create and play back .fli files. Animator Pro can create
and play back .flc files.
