Hi Bill, Sorry to force you into a time-warp here, but I'm responding to a message you left about a month ago. You mentioned that your studio has an Ensoniq EPS and (obviously) you have an Amiga. OK, from what I could gather, you were using software (called SampleWrench? or SampleVision) to edit your samples. Also, you mentioned MidiQuest (a universal librarian). Does MidiQuest let you upload and download samples to your EPS? The reason I'm asking, is that I have an Amiga and EPS (16+) and would like to use the Amiga for sample editing but haven't seen any software that will let me read/write samples to the EPS. (Not that I've really looked that hard.) Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Richard

Greetings, and don't worry about the time warp… I'm getting used to it! As to your questions: MIDI SampleWrench is the program you want to transfer samples to and from your sampler and to edit them. MIDIQuest will store the "front panel" settings and such, but will not, to the best of my knowledge, transfer samples. I hope this helps, holler if it doesn't! Bill… on Autopilot in Womelsdorf 😉
