Hello, I left a message on October 4th and then went on vacation for a
couple of weeks and didn't see my question or a reply when I
returned. Does anybody out there agree with me that there are no .FLI
files in existence that match Autodesk's published spec, specifically
the byte-oriented delta compression. I don't have a clue on how to
capture any frame beyond the first. I had no such problem with .FLC
files. HELP!!
Why do you believe that the flic files you're analyzing do not follow
the published conventions? Have you read the article written by Jim
Kent, the author of the flic file format, in Dr. Dobb's Journal,
March 1993. Not only does he completely describe the format but has
uploaded complete 'C' source code to their BBS which will display
flics…
