Thanks for the interest in the Education / Training SIG. We can use your help w/ getting the E/T SIG underway. There are a number of hot topics that were discussed at the meetings at AU. Your comments about educational pricing was passed over by Autodesk. Either the person from Autodesk didn't know about the price increases for non-ATC educational sites or just didn't want to make comments. Networking w/ other instructors is the primary purpose of our SIG. Exchanging ideas and curriculum outlines will eventually help everyone using AutoCAD for teaching. From the topics discussed at the meeting, we are developing a mission statement which will be posted here when completed. Could you please e-mail me your ideas on some specific ways we can network and exchange teaching techniques. Your comments will be greatly appreciated.
