The December issue of Software Development magazine will have a
review of CDK. I believe the issue topic is 3D graphics or at least
Graphics.
Short summary: be an experienced C++ programmer (or hire one), get
one of the rendering accelerator cards (SPEA Fire, FVT Sapphire,
Division dView, etc), Get Metaware C++ compiler and PharLap dev kit.
Plan to spend a month or three on the learning curve before you
tackle a tight deadline project.
