What is the best "autopilot" to use for an amiga. I have both a 4000 (used mostly for dtp) and a 1000 (used mostly as a paper weight… but one which will never be sold <G>), currently I am getting all of my cis work done on an ibm laptop <grunt> and would love to be able to do something while I am getting cis fix <G> W. William, In Section/Library 9 of the AmigaVendor forum (GO AMIGAVEND), you will find just the program that you are looking for — it is called AutoPilot (funny coincidence, no?). The file that you want is AP.LHA. You will also want to download the documentation, which is kept in a _separate_ file. Autopilot requires version 2.04 or higher of the Amiga operating system, so you probably won't be able to use it on your 1000, but it should work fine on your 4000. It is a commercial product (whose cost will be more than offset by your savings in online charges). The version that you can download is a usable demo (with some features disabled). Once you have used it and decide to purchase it, you can register online (GO SWREG) and have the demo converted to the full version. Highly Recommended. Hope this helps…. – BobR

Thanks for the reccomendation! I rather thought my 1000 was out of the running (I only have 1meg and most often only have 512k plugged in <G>) I will check it out in the near future. W. A. Blaylock 75201,2372
