Our shipping rates are 5 percent US/Canada, 15 percent international, with a
minimum charge of $5 US/Canada, $15 international. We haven't changed the rates
for at least a year or two, so either you misunderstood the sales person or
he/she made a mistake when they spoke with you.
Yes, we can accept credit card orders by email. We accept Visa, MC, Discover
and Amex. You can email to my account if you want to and I'll print out your
message for sales.
btw, I think the 15 percent works out about right for shipping a full copy of
pgs3 to the UK. It cost $20 just to mail the updates and full copies are
heavier.
