I have a new Amiga 3000 with WB 2.0, but a lot of my games that worked on my
old 1000 with Kickstart 1.3 and WB 1.3, won't run. Some of them load halfway
and crash. Others show NODOS by the icon. Falcon is one example. Is there
anything I can do to run these games on my new computer?

Some games require 1.3 but the biggest incapability isn't the operating
system. It's the 030 cpu that causes the problems. Many games have custom
bootblocks so they show up as NDOS on the Workbench. Several things you
might try: From the shell type CPU NOCACHE NOBURST, insert your game boot
disk in the internal drive and hit Ctrl Amiga Amiga keys. There's several
programs you can find in the libs here that are designed to allow 3000's
to run games. One's called Degrader. Some of these programs work with a
few games, but no matter what you try, some games just won't work.
