The ads say that it'll ship "sometime after September 30th". You'll have to
contact one of the Autodesk folks for anything more specific than that.

Apparently you pre-paid for your upgrade. This allows your dealer to order the
upgrade for you before the product actually ships, so that the day it is
released(or very soon after) he will hopefully have one waiting for you. You
should contact your dealer for further information.
