I would like to know if there is any way to get access to the 2D shaper
files(*.sph) or the 3D lofter files(*.lft). I have the "File Toolkit", and the
IPAS kit, but neither mentions anything about 2D or Lofter stuff(at least as
far as I've seen so far). My goal is to create a file with a lofter path, and
splines of a 3D object, digitized with an outside utility. I would then like
to read the file directly into the lofter and maniuplate and loft the 2D
objects into the final 3D object.
If anybody has any info on "shp" or "lft" files, please leave me a message.

You are correct. These file types are not documented or supported.
