No support from L. RAVE

I have called Light Rave over 8 times the past 2 weeks and left a message on a
machine each time. They never respond. Does any one know if they ever support
their product? Now that LW is unbundelled, I sure wish I hadn't ever purchased
LR.
Gee, you had no idea that LightRave was a fly-by-night proposition, as compared
to NewTek?
LightRave was dead the moment NewTek unbundled. If NewTek hadn't, they'd
probably still be around and kicking (or at least answering their phones!).
So, IMHO, they did the market some good by getting NewTek to finally unbundle.

PMFJI but I dunno how much the Lightrave effected Newteks decision do
unbundle Lightwave but somehow doubt it was much of a factor.
