I noticed that the readme/doc files do not mention any changes in BXP use.
Will IPAS4 include BXP animation for OUTPUT.
It seems that the IPAS3 maintenance update only completed animation for file
INPUT.
At present I am developing an IXP to get animation output to a video file, but
would rather switch to a BXP if/when animation output is available via BXP.
