Gee, I've been running MagicWB 1.x for many months and 2.0 for several months, and I've seen no such special screen/music.

Ron, It only shows up in MWB 2.0 and only the registered version when you run MagicWB-Demon in the startup. It occurs randomly and is apparently a function of boot frequency (if you reboot – warm – enough it will occur.)
