Chip type on A2630

Can anyone tell me the type of CPU and FPU chips used on the A2630 Accelerator? Are they PGA or PLCC. I want to upgrade to faster chips by changing them and removing the crystal, then soldering in a new one. David Kay Flying in from Montreal.
